These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisionBoard (the "Extension"), a Google Chrome extension published by VisionBoard ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
By installing VisionBoard from the Chrome Web Store, clicking "Add to Chrome", or otherwise using the Extension, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you accept these Terms in full.
If you are using VisionBoard on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
VisionBoard is a Chrome extension that replaces the browser's new tab page with a personal vision board. It allows you to:
The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Local data is stored exclusively on your device. No account is required.
The Pro plan is a paid subscription that unlocks:
The Lifetime Pro plan grants you permanent access to all Pro features for a single one-time payment. This access persists for the lifetime of the VisionBoard product. In the unlikely event that VisionBoard is discontinued, no refund will be owed beyond the standard 7-day refund window described in section 4.
Payments are processed securely by Polar. By purchasing a Pro plan, you agree to Polar's terms of service. We never store your payment card details.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewals.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to use VisionBoard to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
The VisionBoard Extension, including its source code, design, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of VisionBoard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension or its related services without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all images, text, and other content you add to your vision board ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
For Pro users who enable cloud sync, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the sync service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party (including copyright owners).
VisionBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Extension will meet your specific requirements.
You use VisionBoard at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping local backups of any content you store in the Extension.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisionBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not made any payments.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You may stop using VisionBoard at any time by uninstalling the Extension. To close your Pro account and delete your cloud data, contact [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Extension ends immediately.
Sections 6 (Intellectual property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of liability), and 11 (Governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for Pro users, send a notification email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of VisionBoard after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Extension before the effective date.
